Driven HousepersonThe Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a Driven Houseperson.As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel's public areas and guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevatorsAssist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest roomsDeliver linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms as neededRemove trash and dirty linens from guest roomsRespond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional mannerReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departmentFollow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocolsWhat are we looking for?
