What We Offer $45,700 - $52,000 annual salary Medical and dental insurance Disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off 6 paid holidays annually Supportive, family-oriented work environment Long-term stability with growth opportunities Responsibilities: • • Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person • Coordinate fuel deliveries, HVAC service appointments, and technician schedules to keep operations running smoothly • Resolve customer questions, billing inquiries, and service issues with professionalism and urgency • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing programs, contracts, and account information • Partner with the operations team to improve processes, solve problems, and create outstanding customer experiences • Support a collaborative office environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are valued Qualifications: • • High school diploma required • HVAC experience is a plus • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word preferred) Compensation: $45,700 – $52,000 based on experience
