Salary: From $15-22 an hour Job Type: Full-time/Part-time\ Location: Salina, Kansas Qualifications - US work authorization (Required). - Driver's License (Preferred) - Must be 18 years of age - Background check will be performed with results acceptable to management - Pre-employment and random drug screening is performed to comply with our Anti-Drug Policy - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. - All 1 Vision Aviation employees are expected to have a friendly, positive attitude, understand the sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask. - Must have a strong drive for top-notch customer service and safety and be a team player with a Can Do attitude. Job Description - Remove and reinstall aircraft interior components for all types of aircraft. - Prepare interior components for removing covers, cleaning, and sanding parts. - Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required. - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. - Must have own tools and a toolbox. - Participate in ongoing training opportunities as appropriate for the position. - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English. - Motivated self-starter. Schedule - 8-hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Education - Education- High School Diploma or General Education Degree required
