About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations, driving organizational growth and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives, developing and maintaining advanced financial models, and managing budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, analyzing operational performance, and leading financial initiatives such as M&A activity and capital investment projects. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance leadership roles. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and GAAP compliance is essential, as is a strong knowledge of contract-based businesses and percentage-of-completion accounting. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and excellent communication skills to present financial strategies to diverse stakeholders. The Head of Finance will also be expected to have remote work capability with occasional travel requirements.
