Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Referrals Coordinator to support the Referrals team. You will handle inbound calls, perform data entry in the medical management system, and assign appropriate provider and codes. You may pend complex cases to a nurse or supervisor for review. You will work full-time from home with standard EST business hours and occasional overtime.
