Meat/Produce Team Associate
$14 - $27 per hourWalmart
Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Employment Type & Shifts Employment Type: Part‑Time Available shifts: Opening, Morning Location Walmart Supercenter #4564, 2908 US Highway 70 W, Goldsboro, NC 27530, US Job Overview Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements may apply and depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.
