Join Our Growing Health System as a Urologist

We are a rapidly expanding health system in Illinois, currently comprising 18 hospitals and anchored by a 650-bed Level I trauma and academic medical center. We are excited to announce the launch of a new urology residency program in collaboration with a local university and are seeking 3-5 urologists with robotic training to join our dynamic team.

Our current team consists of 3 urologists, 7 Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs), with two additional urologists set to join us in August. Together, we are building a collaborative and innovative urology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing robotic technology.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20 clinic patients per day.
• Participate in 4 operating room days each week.
• Collaborate with a strong support team, including daily rounding NPs and weekend coverage.
• Assist in the development and growth of the new residency program.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Urology.
• Robotic surgical training and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Working Conditions
