Pay: $24 - $26
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to produce parts, molds, and tooling using manual/CNC mills and lathes from detailed drawings. You will creatively solve machining problems to meet exact specifications and collaborate on product designs to maximize cost-effectiveness.
Job Duties:
• Experience in operating manual and CNC lathes and mills
• Experience making molds and toolings from engineering drawings
• Experience in MIG welding steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
• Must be able to read measuring instruments; such as a pi tape, tape
measure, and micrometers.
• Support the maintenance of lathes and making of repair parts for lathes
• Has basic math skills, and is able follow instructions and lists from
supervisor.
• Must be able to communicate in oral and written English, show up for work
daily and on time, work in a standing position, and lift 50 pounds.
• Must work in a safe manner, and perform tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience making parts and molds on manual/CNC lathes,
mills
• Ability to read drawings and build parts to print
• Possesses coaching, and/or mentoring skills.
• Strong team player
• Significant experience creating complex parts and molds in manual/CNC
lathes and mills
• Experience with complex machined parts production
• Experience creating tooling for urethane molded parts Company Description
