Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and keeping our centers running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll provide senior-level administrative support to assigned centers, serving as a key resource for supervisors, staff, parents, and visitors. You’ll manage administrative processes, support agency systems and technology, assist with staff training, and help ensure compliance with Head Start, ODJFS, USDA, and health and safety regulations.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where their work makes a meaningful difference for children, families, and staff every day.
