Senior Application Support Engineer

Client Overview Our client is a leading global financial services organization known for innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. They are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Senior Application Support Engineer. Salary/Hourly Rate $120k - $145k Annually Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will handle production support, troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and system improvements across business-critical applications. Responsibilities Support enterprise applications, integrations, and production environments. Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues. Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis. Support user access, platform administration, and system maintenance. Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain documentation and support procedures. Assist with upgrades, releases, and operational improvements. Required Experience / Skills 5+ years of application or production support experience. Strong experience supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM. Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, reporting, and scheduled jobs. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Experience / Skills Salesforce support or administration experience. ITIL knowledge. Experience with SQL, scripting, BI tools, or AWS.
