RN Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Psych – Dartmouth Health, Lebanon, TN Overview Outpatient psychological services. 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Use critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying care plans or escalating to the team as needed. Act in accordance with the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, advocating for patients, upholding autonomy, ensuring informed consent, and supporting families. Seek and act upon feedback to improve performance. Participate in governance of practice. Manage interpersonal relationships; mentor colleagues; delegate care appropriately; prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes. Seek current evidence, standards, and translate them into practice; model inquiry; contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence‑based practice. Communicate effectively in all formats; partner with others to effect positive change; precept students, externs, residents, and other team members; perform other duties as required. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Required Licensure/Certifications Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate required upon hire. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $39.00–$54.75 per hour. 40 hours per week.
