Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist Hybrid Job Code: OH 808956 Client: State of Ohio -- DCY Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid) Duration: Through 06/30/2027 Work Schedule: Hybrid -- 3 Days Onsite / Week Interview Mode: In-Person Local Candidates Preferred Position Overview: The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist 2 (Salesforce Software Tester) to support testing activities for Salesforce applications. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, executing functional and system testing, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring software quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills 3 years of experience as a Software Tester for Salesforce Applications Experience creating testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and testing documentation Strong understanding of Agile, Iterative, and Traditional SDLC methodologies Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, documentation, task tracking, and collaboration Experience with: Functional Testing System Testing Regression Testing Performance Testing Load Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience with defect tracking, debugging, and software implementation support Knowledge of software quality assurance standards and testing methodologies Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with software automation procedures Performance benchmarking and application response time analysis Requirements analysis and business process validation Technical documentation and user guide creation Software security testing and vulnerability reporting Experience mentoring QA team members Technical Environment Salesforce Azure DevOps Agile / Scrum SDLC Test Plans Test Cases Regression Testing Performance Testing Load Testing UATDefect Tracking Important Notes Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite each week Local Ohio candidates preferred In-person interview required Fingerprint Background Check Required Government-issued equipment must remain within the United States Primary Skills Salesforce Testing, Software Testing, QA, Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, Azure DevOps, Agile, SDLC, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Load Testing, UAT, Defect Tracking Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr S R INTERNATIONAL INC
