Overview
Join a dynamic team in Williamsburg, VA, as a Cable Puller! In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that cable installation projects run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are ready to contribute to our client's success.
Responsibilities- Assist in the installation and pulling of various types of cables, including fiber optic and electrical cables.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during cable installation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in cable installation techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cable pulling or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
