Maintenance TechnicianKeep Our Machines Running Strong!

Are you good at fixing things and enjoy hands-on work? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently. If you have electrical and mechanical skills and enjoy solving problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Perform regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment throughout the facility.
• Wire and re-wire motors and complete electrical repairs.
• Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues quickly.
• Complete maintenance tasks around the shop as needed.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Work independently and help keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience performing maintenance on industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical skills, including motor wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems safely and efficiently.
• Experience working in a machine shop, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills

• Industrial maintenance experience or technical training.
• Experience with both electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the company.

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean, organized machine shop and manufacturing setting. The environment is comfortable year-round and focused on safety and teamwork. This is a hands-on role that involves working with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and repair tools throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
