Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

The Village at Marymount – Garfield Heights, OH

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at The Village at Marymount, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will have the opportunity to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting

• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions

• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans according to state and facility guidelines

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals

• Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative techniques

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• Contribute to a positive, encouraging therapy environment

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Ohio

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative therapy team
