Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire, On-site)

About The Opportunity: A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join its Customer Service team. This role supports clients, processes orders, and helps deliver high-quality products and engineered solutions on time and to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive, professional attitude.
- Order & Data Management Track correspondence, update customer records, and process orders using the company's ERP system.
- Issue Resolution Investigate and resolve product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Coordination Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and support daily operations.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement Meet performance targets, participate in training, and provide feedback on recurring issues or trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
- Accurate documentation and data entry skills
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
- Comfortable working with multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Visual or similar) preferred but not required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $26.00 - $26.00
