Director of Operations - Mission Critical

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Director of Operations - Mission Critical in Phoenix Metro, AZ to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Impact:
- Lead a mission-critical operations team across multiple sites.
- Drive uptime, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Build talent through coaching and structured development.
- Own P&L and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead service, project, and field operations for mission-critical accounts.
- Own P&L, including revenue, margin, and labor utilization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
- Develop standard operating procedures and KPIs.
- Drive safety and quality programs across the region.
- Partner with sales on strategic customer relationships.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Report results and forecasts to senior leadership.
