Our organization is thrilled to invite an Endourologist or General Urologist to become part of our dynamic, patient-centered team of nine urologists. Position Overview

The selected physician will hold a faculty position with the University, aligned with their experience, and will have the option to engage in clinical and basic science research tailored to their interests.

• Level 1 Trauma Center with 649 licensed beds
• A cutting-edge 15,000 square-foot Urology Clinic featuring:
  • 16 examination rooms
  • 6 procedure rooms equipped with digital cystoscopes
  • 2 Urodynamic rooms
• A new 670,000 square-foot hospital tower with 24 operating rooms
• Recognized for excellence in patient care, biomedical research, education, and community service

Position Highlights

• Established Urology Program with 9 experienced urologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• New operating rooms with dedicated cystoscopy facilities
• Access to DaVinci DV5, Xi, and SP robotic systems
• Call schedule: 7 call days per month, with resident support
• Average patient load: 20-25 per day, with Medical Assistant support
• Operating room time is organized in blocks: 2.5-3 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR
• Mentorship opportunities from seasoned urologists
• Teaching opportunities for residents available
• Research involvement is optional
