Position Summary The Computer Technician & E-Commerce Listing Specialist is responsible for evaluating, testing, and preparing electronics for resale while creating accurate online product listings. This position plays a key role in maximizing the value of reusable electronics by ensuring equipment is fully tested, properly documented, and professionally presented for sale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, organized, and committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. Essential Job Functions Researching and identifying the specifications and details of various electronics and computer equipment. Wipe and reinstall operating systems while ensuring secure data destruction in accordance with company procedures. Create accurate and detailed online listings for computers, electronics, and accessories across various e-commerce platforms. Taking high-quality photos of products to showcase their features. Ensuring all listings are optimized for search and customer engagement. Collaborating with the team to improve processes and meet sales goals. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience testing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. Working knowledge of computers, electronics, and common operating systems. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Fast and accurate typing skills. Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow established testing, grading, and listing procedures.
