We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season. Employment is from November 1 to January 11, 2027. About Topdrawer We make objects for people who are curious about the world.
We make fountain pens, notebooks, watercolors, leather goods, house shoes, sunglasses, and other tools that help people think, create, travel, and live with greater attention.
We believe the most important moments rarely begin with certainty. They begin with a question, a blank page, a wrong turn, or a thought not yet fully formed.
To be lost is not always a problem to solve. It is often where discovery begins. We make tools for those moments.
A pen to discover what you think. Paper to give shape to an idea. Watercolors to slow down and see more carefully. Objects to carry through the world. House shoes that mark the transition from the outside world to the sanctuary of home.
As a Japanese company, many of these rituals are inspired by Japanese life, where simple acts are elevated through repetition, attention, and care.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Community- Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
- Share product stories and rituals that reflect Topdrawer’s values
- Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to create a high-performing team culture
- Support onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace
- Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
- Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
- Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
- Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
- Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
- Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
- Enthusiastic about creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful products
- Friendly, dependable, and energized by connecting with people
- Curious and coachable, with a desire to grow your skills and contribute to the team
- Detail-oriented with a natural sense of style and storytelling
