This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of one Saturday per month required. An additional day off during the week will be provided to maintain a 40-hour work week.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations and treatment plans for patients in a CARF-accredited Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The candidate will be expected to deliver therapy interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in the EMR system.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous education activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
