Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales / Customer Service role based in Vandergrift, PA. The person in this role will respond to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries, providing prospective homebuyers with accurate information on floor plans, pricing, financing options, and the purchase process. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting model home tours, preparing quotes, and entering customer information into internal systems. The role also involves following up with prospects, assisting with paperwork and documentation, coordinating with other team members to track orders and deliveries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through sale and after‑sale support. This position requires regular collaboration with sales, operations, and service staff to address customer questions, resolve issues promptly, and maintain Riverview Homes, Inc.’s high customer satisfaction standards. Qualifications Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, friendly demeanor with a diverse range of customers. Experience in inside sales, retail sales, or similar roles involving lead qualification, product explanation, and guiding customers through a purchase process. Basic proficiency with office and CRM or customer tracking tools for data entry, appointment scheduling, and follow‑up management. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple inquiries, follow‑ups, and administrative tasks simultaneously. Comfort learning product details (e.g., home models, options, and pricing) and explaining complex information in simple, understandable terms. High level of reliability and integrity, including consistent attendance, accurate recordkeeping, and respect for confidential customer information. Previous experience in housing, real estate, manufactured or modular homes, or related fields is a plus but not required.
