Responsibilities include:Preparing presentation materials such as pitchbooks and summariesConducting in-depth industry and company researchBuilding and analyzing financial models to evaluate company projections and strategic alternativesSupporting the development of industry databases and valuation analysesAnalyze credit agreements, indentures, and covenant complianceWorking closely with deal teams, including other junior and senior bankers What You'll Bring We seek candidates with strong academic performance, demonstrated leadership, and a passion for finance and restructuring. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
