Job TitleBe the First to ApplyJob DescriptionJob Identification 119842Job Category OperationsLocations 8109 Lawndale Ave., Skokie, IL, 60076, US (On-site)Job Schedule Full timeExport-Controlled Data This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such itemsCurrency Code US DollarMinimum Pay 25.00Maximum Pay 31.00ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprintInspect hardware using various inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, comparator, height gage, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.Review &/or manage calibration log & schedule for Inspection & Mfg areasReview work order for completion of operations and required documentationReview ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained informationReview raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standardsEnsure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.Create and modify comparator overlaysDocument, investigate, & contain non-conforming materialOther duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or trainingExperience in metal forming preferredExtensive experience in, calibration and GD&TComputer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP & CAD experience preferredAbout UsCompensation and Benefits:If a pay range is identified for this job, it is based on a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
