Maintenance Technician III

We offer challenging opportunities for growth and competitive compensation and benefits. Position: Maintenance Technician Level III. You will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of production operations by maintaining and optimizing equipment, taking ownership of projects, solving complex challenges, and supporting a team that values innovation and expertise. What you’ll do Respond to work orders to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment as scheduled. Assist engineers in building and modifying production equipment, including reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. Create and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and preventative maintenance checklists. Manage maintenance projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budget control. Train and mentor other maintenance technicians on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. Use precision tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. All other duties as assigned. Who you are High school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade school preferred. 4-7 years of practical experience in maintenance disciplines (e.g., HVAC repair, industrial equipment maintenance, certified auto mechanic, avionics technician). Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and TPM/5S practices. Expert-level skills in troubleshooting and programming PLCs, AC/DC variable drive control systems, and control system components. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics. Experience with CMMS (e.g., MaintainX) and project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
