The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and brings a continuous improvement mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic biotechnology company dedicated to advancing transformative therapies for patients.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboardingServe as the primary administrator for HR systems, maintaining data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process optimizationManage HR compliance activities, including employment law requirements, personnel records management, policy administration, and audit readinessPartner with Payroll and Finance to support compensation, benefits administration, and employee data management activitiesDevelop, document, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating practicesGenerate and analyze workforce metrics and HR reports to support business and organizational decision-makingSupport annual HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement initiatives, and learning & developmentManage benefit programs and vendor relationships, ensuring a positive employee experience and timely issue resolutionCollaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate seamless candidate-to-employee transitions and onboarding experiencesProvide operational support for organizational changes, workforce planning activities, and special HR projectsPartner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee servicesMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee informationQualifications5+ years for a senior generalist or 8+ years of progressive HR experience for manager level, including significant experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, and employee lifecycle managementStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirementsExperience partnering with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and external vendorsDemonstrated experience administering HRIS platforms and generating workforce analytics and reportingStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, global, cross-functional environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with HR technology platformsExperience supporting a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated environment is a plus Job SummaryID: 2026-1218Category: OperationsPosition Type: Regular Full-TimeMin: USD $115,000.00/Yr.Max: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
