Team Lead, Patient Care Coordination (Marlton, NJ) Marlton, NJ Overview Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in multiple states. Ennoble Care’s clinicians visit patients at home, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Programs include remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management to ensure high-quality care by a trusted team. Job Summary The Care-Coordination Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare by managing and leading a team of Care Coordinators in the Marlton, NJ office. The Team Lead communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team, motivates team members, and assesses their performance. The Team Lead provides support to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Responsibilities Conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees Planning, assigning, and directing work tasks Evaluating employee performance Rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary Addressing employee complaints and resolving issues Directly supervising six or more employees Qualifications At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and patient services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Proficiency in the structure and content of the English language, including grammar and spelling Understanding of curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects Familiarity with principles and procedures for personnel management Starting Salary: $50,000 per year + bonus structure Benefits Full-time employees qualify for: Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Paid Time Off Paid Office Holidays All employees qualify for: Paid Sick Time 401(k) with up to 3% company match Referral Program PayActiv: pay-on-demand.
