Inventory monitoring, daily submission of sales, required to eliminate shortages of cash, inventory and waste. Ability to manage at peak times in the restaurants. Works well under pressure. Ability to count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages. Requirements Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. ServSafe Certification (or will train to become certified).
