Mamba Mentality Consulting Group is looking for an Entry-Level Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting people, communicating with customers, and working toward measurable goals.

This is a customer-facing sales position where you'll learn how to understand customer needs, explain products and services, conduct sales presentations, follow up with prospective customers, and contribute to overall sales results.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing development designed to help you build confidence and learn the fundamentals of professional sales.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers in a professional and personable manner.
• Learn customer needs and recommend products or services that appropriately address those needs.
• Present product and service information clearly and confidently.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.
• Follow established sales processes and accurately document customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in company training, coaching, and professional development activities.
• Use CRM and other business tools to track customer activity and sales opportunities.
• Represent Mamba Mentality Consulting Group professionally in all customer interactions.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

$750–$1,550 per week, plus commission opportunities.

The posted compensation range represents the good-faith expected earnings range for the position at the time of posting. Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked, individual performance, sales results, and the applicable compensation plan.

Employees are paid at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked, with overtime compensation provided when required by law. Commission compensation is administered according to the company's applicable commission plan and California law.

Schedule

Our typical schedule is 11:00 AM–8:00 PM , providing a later start to the workday.

Scheduling may vary based on business needs, training requirements, customer appointments, and applicable company policies.

Employees receive applicable legally required paid sick leave and other legally required workplace protections. Eligibility, accrual, and use are subject to applicable federal, California, and local law and company policy. California generally requires qualifying employees to receive paid sick leave, including at least 40 hours or five days per year under the applicable statewide rules.
