If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a race-winning attitude, we want to hear from you!Compensation: Hourly + CommissionEnvironment: Fast-Paced & Team-OrientedAbout the RoleThe Parts Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing accurate parts and accessory guidance, processing sales efficiently, and assisting customers across the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments.Key Skills & QualificationsStrong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with powersports, marine, or automotive partsDetail-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressureMust be able to lift 50+ lbsAdaptable to new procedures and technologiesStrong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose issues and provide timely solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office technologyResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & SalesGreet every customer with a helpful, genuine, and professional demeanorAnswer incoming phone calls promptly, provide accurate information, and direct inquiries appropriatelyEngage with customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to assist with parts inquiries and purchasesAccurately assist with parts sales for retail, service, and sales department needsRecognize upselling opportunities and close on available in-store or special-order productsBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (both individual and commercial)Notify customers of any order delays or backorders and provide timely updatesParts & Inventory ManagementProcess and submit OEM and aftermarket vendor orders as directed by the Parts ManagerPerform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks to ensure stock accuracyAccept and organize special orders and stock items efficientlyMaintain proper merchandising and product presentation in retail, stockroom, and warehouse areasShip and receive items as necessaryOperations & AdministrationEnsure accurate data entry of customer information into the dealer management systemMaintain an organized and presentable workspace suitable for public interactionProcess end-of-day reports and maintain 100% cash drawer accuracyComplete manufacturer training and certifications as requiredArrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain a strong sense of responsibilityWhy Join Ridezilla Albany?Be part of a fast-growing team in an exciting and dynamic industryEarn competitive pay with commission opportunitiesCareer advancement through ongoing training and manufacturer certificationsWork in a team-oriented environment where your contributions make a differenceNote: This job description is subject to change and may be updated at any time as business needs evolve.Apply today and take your career to the next level with Ridezilla Albany!RequirementsHigh school diploma.Team oriented, positive attitude, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.Must work Saturdays.Basic Computer Skills
