Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Bone Marrow Transplant unit requiring recent BMT specialty experience and night shift availability. Details Inpatient isolation unit providing intermediate level of care on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit Care includes cell therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy treatments, and blood product transfusions Transplants occur on the unit 12-hour night shifts, schedule varies 7pm-7am, 3 shifts per week No on-call requirements Requirements Active RN license (GA or Compact) required AHA BLS certification required AHA ACLS, Chemotherapy, and NIHSS certifications preferred Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Bone Marrow Transplant specialty required Cerner EMR experience preferred Additional Information Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered Returning staff who previously worked as permanent employees must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
