Customer Experience Associate | Remote

We’re growing our virtual team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with people, and are interested in developing their skills in a professional remote environment.

As part of the team, you’ll connect with members through scheduled phone and video appointments. Your role will involve providing information, answering questions, helping members navigate available options, and assisting with the steps needed to complete their requests. You’ll also help manage digital documentation and follow-up communication to keep the process organized from beginning to end.

The position offers a structured approach to your day while giving you the independence of working from home. Previous industry experience is not necessary , as comprehensive training and continued support are provided.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you may be responsible for:

• Conducting scheduled virtual and telephone appointments with members
• Understanding member questions, priorities, and individual needs
• Providing clear information about available programs and options
• Guiding members through appropriate next steps
• Assisting with electronic applications, forms, and documentation
• Managing appointment reminders and follow-up communication
• Updating member information and maintaining organized digital records
• Reviewing submitted information to ensure it is accurate and complete
• Creating a helpful and professional experience during every interaction
• Reaching out to team leaders when additional guidance is needed
• Attending training, coaching, and team development sessions
