Managed Care Disputes Lawyer

BCG Attorney Search

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior lawyer to join its Managed Care Disputes team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience and a strong background in managed care litigation, particularly in provider-side representation handling reimbursement disputes.

Duties

Litigate reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors
Represent providers in managed care litigation
Analyze intricate legal and factual issues to provide effective solutions
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely

Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience, ideally at a large or specialized firm
Strong background in managed care litigation
Experience in provider-side representation
Willingness to gain admission to the Texas State Bar

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

Admission to a state bar

Skills

Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
