Role Job Overview: You will be a key member of the web development department, working independently or with a team to create, maintain, and update client websites in a variety of industries in the United States. You will also help monitor and regulate the efficiency of the departmentâs services, ensuring an optimal pace for all core and ad-hoc activities. You will also be expected to work with other departments to meet customers' requirements; Deal with complaints, and provide reports about the status of the companyâs products. Responsibilities and Duties Developing and maintaining operational systems, tools, and processes, as well as participating in tactical and strategic development projects. Ensuring software stability via regression, support quality assurance, and performing unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs. Performing UI design and coding and creating reusable objects and wireframes for web pages and email templates. Conducting file backups regularly to local directories. Delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentation. Profile Requirements Fluency in English is a must; previous experience with Anglophone clients is a plus. Bachelor's degree or above in web design, multimedia design, or any relevant discipline is necessary. At least 5 years of work experience in implementing web development workflows and operations. Extensive knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services. Experience in planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations.
