We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to champion user-centered design across our cutting-edge SaaS and AAAS platforms. You will translate complex AI, physics, and data capabilities into elegant, intuitive, and visually stunning interfaces. This role is for a designer who thrives on solving intricate problems with simplicity and clarity, ensuring our advanced technology feels effortlessly natural in the hands of our users. Deep familiarity with Figma and other leading design tools is essential to bring our design philosophy to life. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for Medai Digital's core products, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and final implementation. Leverage Figma and other industry-standard design tools to create intuitive user flows, detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect user interfaces. Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development, to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations across our diverse industries. Design elegant, consistent, and visually appealing user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a cohesive experience across all platforms. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Cloud), and other stakeholders to balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives. Iterate designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and evolving product requirements, ensuring continuous improvement of the user experience. Develop and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and component libraries within Figma and other tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product development cycles. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle. Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of web and/or SaaS product designs. Demonstrable expert proficiency in Figma is a must , along with experience using other industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite). Proven expertise in user research methodologies, user flow creation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. Strong visual design sensibilities, with an excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and iconography. Experience designing for complex data-driven applications, ideally with exposure to AI/ML product interfaces. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile (SCRUM) environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in a design-related field. Experience with animation and motion design principles for UI. Experience with design systems implementation and governance. Experience designing for highly technical users or specific industries (e.g., Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Finance, Healthcare). Experience conducting A/B testing and interpreting analytics for design improvements.
