What Youll Do Perform in-depth rehabilitation evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver advanced rehab therapies including therapeutic exercise, laser, hydrotherapy, PEMF, and other modalities Track patient progress and refine care plans for optimal outcomes Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff Educate clients with clarity and confidence so they stay engaged in the rehab process Maintain thorough, compliant medical records What Were Looking For DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school Active California veterinary license, or ability to obtain prior to start Hands-on experience in veterinary rehabilitation or physical therapy Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Comfort working independently while still valuing collaboration Bonus Points CCRP, CCRT, or equivalent rehabilitation certification Experience building or expanding a rehab program Interest in mentoring and developing team members Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education allowance and paid CE time Retirement plan options A supportive, well-staffed environment that values sustainable medicine Work Location Santaluz Animal Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
