Assigned a dedicated experienced Clinical Manager to optimize daily practices and help manage your client caseload and navigate your professional career Paired with a dedicated experienced therapist mentor as part of our Lead OPTimal Program to support your transition into the field as part of Florida’s leading behavioral health team Guaranteed Caseload with our Proprietary Caseload Protection Impactful Client Care Responsibilities Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients with an array of patient ages and diagnoses Conducts and documents client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information Deliver services to clients in the community and there is no requirement to go to an office Utilize evidenced based practices to enhance clinical outcomes of clients Identify resource requirements necessary to fulfill identified needs Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care Advocate for patient access to community resources Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Facilitate and offer individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues such as coping skills, stress reduction, and caregiver support Demonstrate professionalism to reassure patients of their care by a skilled and compassionate professional Candidate Requirements Must reside within the State of Florida Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Organizational and time management skills, flexibility to meet client scheduling needs, and ability to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings. Ability to utilize self-care techniques to maintain OPTimal work life balance Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others Ability to document therapy services in an electronic medical records (EMR) platform We welcome candidates with degrees or majors in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Forensic Psychology, Community Counseling, Psychology, Youth Counseling, Human Development, Behavioral Science, Art Therapy, or Psychiatric Rehabilitation Transcripts must include at least four class codes covering areas such as Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and treatment of Psychology, Counseling Theories and Techniques, and related subjects Chrysalis Health is an equal employment opportunity employer.
