Gastroenterology Physician

Central Florida's largest physician-owned GI practice is expanding across Orlando. With nearly 20 years of growth, five locations, two ASCs, in-house anesthesiology, a clinical research program, and a first-of-its-kind freestanding GI Urgent Care facility, this group offers exceptional resources alongside true physician autonomy. Position Highlights

• Physician-owned, with full clinical and financial autonomy
• Base salary is highly competitive plus operating profit participation
• Blended model: outpatient clinic, ambulatory endoscopy, and inpatient consults
• ASC partnership track available after one year at fair market value
• Strong APP team covering outpatient, inpatient, and urgent care
• Flexible scheduling including condensed or shift-based arrangements
• Six weeks PTO including CME; malpractice, licenses, and dues covered
• Commencement bonus or education stipend; relocation assistance provided

Practice Environment

• Join a team of 9 gastroenterologists and 19 APPs
• Two ASCs, imaging center, in-house anesthesiology, and pathology partnership
• First-in-market freestanding GI Urgent Care facility
• Locations across North Orlando, Winter Park, Clermont, and Kissimmee
• Approximately 20 percent compound annual growth in revenue and volume
• AI-assisted workflows, digital intake, and virtual patient engagement tools
• Physician-led culture with strong retention and sustainable workloads

Compensation and Benefits

• W2 position with consistent guaranteed base and operating profit share above a manageable collections threshold
• Commencement bonus or medical education debt stipend discussed internally
• Relocation assistance; six weeks PTO inclusive of CME
• Malpractice, licenses, dues, and subscriptions included
• ASC partnership opportunity discussions after one year

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Experienced gastroenterologists strongly preferred
• Commitment to long-term practice within the Orlando community
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
• Spanish fluency a strong asset for the surrounding communities
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not eligible
