TENSHOU Collection is an intimate omakase collection bringing Japan’s finest culinary traditions to the United States — the real Japan, as it’s meant to be experienced.
Built around craftsmanship, precision, and the art of omotenashi , we are assembling our Las Vegas team to deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Stewards to support our culinary and restaurant operations. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards expected in a luxury fine-dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Restock dishes and supplies throughout service.
- Handle fine-dining tableware and equipment with care.
- Assist with trash removal and general cleaning duties.
- Support the culinary and restaurant teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, steward, dishwasher, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Fine-dining experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $20.25 per hour
