QA Specialist

The Global QA Patients Operations Specialist's primary responsibility is to support the onboarding and maintenance of Apheresis Centers in BMS systems and tools. Duties / Responsibilities Provide Global Patient Services (GPS) system general support and data configuration approvals. Create and maintain new Apheresis accounts in BMS electronic supplier system (Veeva‑SQM). Create and maintain documentation in BMS electronic documentation system (Veeva‑BMSDocs). Complete daily entry of data in the onboarding tracker tool. Interact with American and European technical departments in oral and written English. Support Quality Operations and Systems including deviation, change, CAPA, and compliance guidance. Contribute to key performance metrics for continuous improvement. Enterprise mindset with external focus. Education / Experience / Licenses / Certifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent. Good organizational skills and the ability to see assignments through to completion. Innovative, proactive, and resourceful; committed to quality and continuous improvement. Independent decision‑making capability and conceptual thinking with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Travel This position does not require travel. Compensation The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is $35–$37.36/hr.
