What You Will Do:

• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Processing shipments for both domestic and international
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
• Trouble shoots shipping issues, inventory, documentation and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Utilize SAP to pull daily Pick Fail Reports, and WIP reports on parts entering the floor.
• Utilization of the phone/email to address and respond to queries into specific parts.
• Use Excel and associated programs to track and manage inventory levels, draft reports on trends within the warehouse.
• Work with management to adjust, and alternate tasks on a as needed basis.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and shipping labels, and bills of lading

What You Will Bring:

• 1 year experience in logistics, shop floor experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Range: $19.23/hour - $24.04/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Monroe, NC

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
