Overview:
IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Security Officers to support high-end retail location and provided fire watch across the LA COUNTY . We are seeking Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
- Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
- Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
- Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
- Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
Requirements:
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong Communication and Professionalism
- Ability to stand/walk for extended period
Schedule & Avaibility:
- Weekend availability is required
- Flex Shifts available (part-time, full-time and on-call)
- Must be open to varied schedules based on client needs
Compensation:
- Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing)
