Nurse Manager - LTCWe are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Long Term Care Nurse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents in our long-term care facility.Nurse Manager Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistantsDevelop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safetyManage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and maintain a positive work environmentConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staffCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plansMonitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvementNurse Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred)Current state nursing licenseApply now to be considered.
