This role requires a professional with experience in full life cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including accounting, finance, operations, and sales.

The position involves collaborating with all HR teams to develop and manage the company's talent strategy initiatives, focusing on managing key projects, recruiting processes, programs, and metrics.

• Provide HR recruiting support to regional and/or line business units. Interact with hiring managers to ensure the placement of qualified applicants, track recruitment sources, maintain all recruiting data records, and prepare staffing reports and statuses as required.
• Support and lead corporate programs, initiatives, and special projects as needed and/or assigned by management (e.g., internship program).
• Collaborate with the company Social Media group, talent acquisition team, and other HR groups on developing and executing new recruiting strategies, as well as HR Brand strategies (including Talent Brand, College, and Diversity brands).
• Perform full life cycle recruitment responsibilities, including screening, interviewing, selection, and processing of candidates.

• Good knowledge of HR/Personnel practices and principles, and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health, and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations.
• Strong planning, time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.

Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. A Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
