Benefits: Free food & snacks Camp Lake James is a private member owned recreational club situated on Lake James, NC. The camp operates as a casual dining restaurant year-round and a lakeside bar with limited menu items during the summer season. The camp also provides six pickleball courts, two tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a beach, two docks and many hiking trails. The camp provides a relaxed family atmosphere to both members and team members and offers competitive pay. Job Description: Answer the phone Greet members and guests and assist them with any needs, Answer phone call- transfer calls - take messages- relay messages. Assist anyone coming through the gate. Create, update and post charges for events via point of sale to member accounts. Assist members and guests with event registrations, food and beverage orders and any other special requests. Keep department heads informed of major event changes via email. Keep front office area clean. Assists in the enforcement of club rules. Count inventory for Merchandise. Bill members for merchandise and snack shack orders. Ensure cleanliness of bathrooms and Social Hall. Ensure member information and profile pictures are up to date. Send end of shift reports. Performance Standards: Must be polite and courteous when dealing with the members. Possess telephone communication skills.
