Description Join Our Team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist! Key Responsibilities Deliver and Supervise: Oversee the delivery of top‑notch physical therapy services. Evaluate and Plan: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans. Implement and Reassess: Execute care plans and continuously reassess treatment results. Collaborate: Work within a team framework, involving appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. Discharge Planning: Actively participate in planning for patient discharge. Special Requirements Pediatric and Adolescent Care: Provide care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients as needed. Versatile Coverage: Cover both inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics. Required Qualifications A graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
