Who We’re Looking for We’re looking for a Custodian to support our company initiatives by maintaining a clean and healthy facility. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detailed and efficient with a demonstrated ability to properly prioritize their daily work. What you’ll be doing: With the use of tools, your experience, and industry standards you will… Perform general cleaning of the building and keep itmaintainedand in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean andstockrestrooms. Clean up spills withappropriate equipment. Collect anddisposeof trash. Complete tasksin a timely mannerwith minimal supervision. Keepcleaning supplies in stock. Works with a contract cleaning service when necessary. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carries out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Stock andmaintainsupply rooms. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Followall health and safety regulations. Perform other relatedduties asassigned by management. Experience and Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Skills Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work. Basic math skills. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
