Benefits Comprehensive health and medical benefits 401(k) Retirement savings plan Professional growth and leadership training Paid vacation, holidays, and parental leave Position Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot all facility/infrastructure systems, including boilers, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and facility process cooling systems. Perform minor facility repairs and general maintenance for insulation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and overall building needs, including minor carpentry and painting. Maintain vendor relationships for general facility maintenance. Oversee all building and grounds upkeep, including sprinkler and fire suppression systems. Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry. Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.). Perform other duties deemed by management integral to the job, including adherence to work schedules, attendance policies, and applicable operating rules, policies and procedures. Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county, ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components, and other job‑related equipment. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in building maintenance or as a technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field. Essential Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification or diploma is a plus. Salary Range – $25.20/hr to start, $26.80/hr after 90 days. Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – may require some weekends and some 12‑hour shifts as needed. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package. Please reply by July 29th.
