Our team is looking for a friendly, upbeat, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join us! In this role, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and an important part of creating a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

You’ll assist with all aspects of front desk operations, answer questions, help create memorable stays, and serve as a helpful point of contact for our guests and vendors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence and kindness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

This position requires flexible scheduling availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude throughout their stay
• Efficiently complete guest check-in and check-out while ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Accurately process payments, charges, and adjustments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a genuine desire to help
• Provide helpful information and assistance to guests, vendors, and other hotel partners
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all front desk transactions are properly documented
• Complete required shift reports and communicate important updates, guest needs, and operational information to the management team
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our guests receive exceptional service

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
