Key responsibilities include: Evaluate patients’ conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain. Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely, ensuring proper maintenance. Assess progress, adjust treatment plans, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management. Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities. Collaborate in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings. Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in physical therapy. Prior experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates welcome). Other certifications or licenses relevant to the position. Essential Skills Critical thinking, excellent service orientation, and strong interpersonal communication. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
